The blood red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit of 33 firefighters were observed after 2200m running training, which were respectively increased by 262% (P> 0.05) and 488% (P <0.01) ) And 728% (P <0.01). Blood volume and plasma volume decreased by 481% (P <0.01) and 1095% (P0.01) Increased by 2 06% (P> 0.05). All the members of the fasting 60min after fasting, the above indicators were restored to pre-exercise level (P> 0.05). The results suggest that: during strenuous exercise, the body changes in blood concentration caused by redistribution of bodily fluids is a physiological compensatory mechanism that the body adapts to strenuous exercise.
