目的了解丽水市职业暴露人群H5、H7、H9亚型禽流感病毒的感染状况,为人感染禽流感防制提供科学依据。方法对职业暴露人群进行问卷调查并采集静脉血分离血清,用马血球红细胞凝集抑制试验检测血清中的H5N1、H5N6、H7N9、H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HI抗体,H7N9亚型禽流感病毒HI抗体效价≥1∶20及H5N1、H5N6、H9N2亚型禽流感病毒HI抗体效价≥1∶40的标本采用微量中和试验检测相应亚型禽流感病毒中和抗体,数据用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果共调查职业暴露人群319人,血清经检测3份标本H7N9亚型禽流感病毒中和抗体阳性,阳性率为0.9%,未检出H5N1、H5N6、H9N2亚型禽流感病毒中和抗体阳性标本。结论丽水市职业暴露人群存在H7N9亚型禽流感病毒感染现象,同时由于城乡活禽交易市场和宰杀加工等场所外环境中存在禽流感病毒,职业暴露人群仍存在感染的风险,必须采取有效措施预防控制职业暴露人群感染发病。
Objective To understand the infection status of H5, H7 and H9 avian influenza viruses among occupationally exposed people in Lishui and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of human infection of bird flu. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among occupationally exposed groups and blood samples were collected from venous blood for detection of HI antibody and H7N9 subtype H5N1, H5N6, H7N9 and H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus HI antibody in serum by using hemagglutination inhibition test Price ≥1:20 and H5N1, H5N6, H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus HI antibody titers≥1:40, neutralizing antibodies of the corresponding subtype of avian influenza virus were detected by micro neutralization test. The data were analyzed by Excel software. Results A total of 319 occupational exposure groups were investigated. The neutralizing antibodies of H7N9 subtype avian influenza virus were detected in serum of 3 specimens, the positive rate was 0.9%. No positive samples of H5N1, H5N6, H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus neutralizing antibody were detected . Conclusion The H7N9 subtype of avian influenza virus infection is found in the exposed population in Lishui City. At the same time, there is still a risk of infection due to the presence of avian influenza virus in the environment outside the urban and rural live poultry market and slaughter and processing, and effective measures must be taken to prevent it Occupational exposure to control the incidence of infection.
