随着社会的变迁,现如今,人们对于健康的概念不仅仅是身体强壮,没有疾病,同时还包括人个体精神上、心理上的健康,诸如社会适应能力、自我情绪控制和缓解能力、人格塑造等等内容。可以说,现在人类的健康除了重视生理健康外更重视对心理健康的教育。体育作为强化、锻炼人们身体健康,发展人们体能的特殊学科,应与心理健康教育融合开展,通过心理健康教育来深化高中体育教学,确保学生的身心在体育教学中都得到健康锻炼和发展。着重分析了心理健康教育在高中体育教学中的作用。

And so on. It can be said that the health of human beings now pays more attention to the education of mental health than to physical health. It focuses on the analysis of the role of mental health education in physical education in high school.
