喷射混凝土与浇灌混凝土相比较,具有很多优越性,因此被广泛推广使用。但目前由于设备跟不上,没有完全机械化,喷枪还要人拿,不仅劳动强度大,作业环境恶劣,而且喷射混凝土的厚度不均匀,质量不能保证。针对生产中的这一薄弱环节,我矿组织了三结合技术革新小组,于1974年11月试制成了一台适合小断面巷道中使用的轻型喷射混凝土机械手(图1)。经过现场初步试验,效果较好,操作安全,减轻了工人劳动强度,提高了工效和喷浆质量,受到工人们的迎欢。
Sprayed concrete and pouring concrete compared with many advantages, it is widely used. In response to this weakness in production, the mine organized a three-pronged technology innovation group to pilot a lightweight jet concrete manipulator (Figure 1) suitable for use in small section tunnels in November 1974. After preliminary test on the site, the effect is better, the operation is safe, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the work efficiency and spray quality are improved, and the workers welcome.
