第一章总则第一条为实施《中华人民共和国义务教育法》,结合本省实际,制定本办法。第二条本省依据国家规定实行九年义务教育制度。义务教育是国家统一实施的所有适龄儿童、少年必须接受的教育,是各级人民政府必须依法保障的公益性事业。对接受义务教育的学生不收学费、杂费,逐步实行免费提供教科书制度。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 For the implementation of the “Compulsory Education Law of the People’s Republic of China” and in light of the actual conditions of the province, these Measures are formulated. Article 2 The province implements a nine-year compulsory education system in accordance with state regulations. Compulsory education is a public welfare undertaking that must be legally guaranteed by the people’s governments at all levels for all school-age children and juveniles who must be uniformly implemented by the state. Students receiving compulsory education do not charge tuition fees, miscellaneous fees, and gradually implement a free textbook system.
