培养学生的职业能力是中等职业学校当前面临的一项非常重要的任务。文章首先介绍了职业能力培养的概况,然后从当前我国中等职业教育中存在的问题出发,从实践和发展的眼光来看提出了加强中等职业学校对学生职业能力培养的一些措施。
Cultivating students’ vocational ability is a very important task currently faced by secondary vocational schools. The article first introduces the general situation of vocational ability training, and then from the current problems in secondary vocational education in our country, from the perspective of practice and development, it puts forward some measures to strengthen secondary vocational school students’ vocational ability training.
