目的分析血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在前列腺癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测148例前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)组织中和10例前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)组织中VEGF和MMP-9的表达。结果前列腺癌组织中VEGF和MMP-9的高表达率分别为66.2%、39.2%,显著高于前列腺增生组(P<0.05)。VEGF和MMP-9的表达与前列腺癌的分化程度及转移有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄及雄激素受体水平(AR)无关(P>0.05)。且VEGF、MMP-9在前列腺癌中的表达具有相关性。结论VEGF和MMP-9的表达与前列腺癌的发展密切相关,并对前列腺癌的预后判定有一定的意义。
Objective To analyze the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in prostate cancer and their correlation. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in 148 cases of prostate cancer (PCa) and 10 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Results The high expression rates of VEGF and MMP-9 in prostate cancer tissues were 66.2% and 39.2%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in benign prostatic hyperplasia (P <0.05). The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 was correlated with the differentiation and metastasis of prostate cancer (P <0.05), but not with the age of patients and the level of androgen receptor (AR) (P> 0.05). The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 in prostate cancer is correlated. Conclusion The expressions of VEGF and MMP-9 are closely related to the development of prostate cancer and have certain significance for the prognosis of prostate cancer.
