1980年大港油田第一采油指挥部对所管注水开发油田上的抽油井,采取一系列挖潜措施,收到了提高抽油井泵效、延长检泵周期和增产原油的效果。 截至1980年底,港西、港中、港东、唐家河、周清庄五个注水开发油田,抽油井占生产井总数的80.49％,每大产油3543吨。与1979年底相比,平均泵效由80.2％提高到87.2％(包括连抽带喷井),平均检泵周期由334.18天提高到375.71天(不包括措施修井12次),经挖潜的183口并,每天增产原油381.83吨。
