Diabetes nephropathy (DN) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2-DM) admitted to our hospital in recent years is analyzed as follows. General information T2-DM patients 462 cases, complicated by DN77 cases (16.7%), 36 males and 41 females. Age: 12 cases (15.6%) were 40 years old, 29 cases (37.7%) were 40-60 years old and 36 cases (46.7%) were 60 years old.
