介绍了利用新疆菱铁矿进行500mm厚料层烧结杯试验的研究结果。探讨了烧结矿的碱度、固体燃料的用量及菱铁矿与磁铁矿不同配比等因素对烧结矿质量的影响,并结合菱铁矿烧结性能和矿相分析找到了获得较高质量烧结矿的最佳工艺参数,尽可能地利用菱铁矿资源进行烧结生产。试验结果表明:配碳量在4.8%~5.7%(质量分数,下同)时,菱铁矿配加少量磁铁矿进行烧结可以得到各项性能良好的烧结矿。碱度对烧结矿质量影响较小,提高烧结矿的碱度不能很好地改善烧结矿的矿相结构。高配比菱铁矿烧结所得到的烧结矿疏松多孔,转鼓强度能达到50%左右,可以达到中、小型高炉生产要求。
This paper introduces the research results of 500 mm thick layer sintered cup test by using Xinjiang siderite. The influence of the basicity of sinter, the amount of solid fuel and different proportion of siderite to magnetite on the quality of sinter was discussed. Combining with the sinter performance and the analysis of ore phase, Mine the best process parameters, as much as possible the use of siderite resources for sintering production. The results show that when the content of carbon is between 4.8% and 5.7% (mass fraction, the same below), siderite with a small amount of magnetite can be sintered to obtain all kinds of good sinter. Alkalinity has little effect on the quality of sinter. Increasing the alkalinity of sinter can not improve the ore phase structure of sinter very well. High ratio of siderite sintered sinter obtained loose porous, drum strength can reach about 50%, can achieve medium and small blast furnace production requirements.
