本研究对含砷氧化铜物料采用两段逆流硫酸浸取-铁(Ⅲ)和碳酸钙除砷-乙腈低温催化氢还原和歧化分解的处理工艺,有效地实现铜砷分离,减少砷的污染,回收其中的铜,并制得分散性好、粒径小于50μm的铜粉.
In this study, two phases of countercurrent sulfuric acid leaching-iron (Ⅲ) and calcium carbonate were used to catalyze the hydrogen reduction and disproportionation process of arsenic-containing copper oxide at low temperature to effectively separate copper and arsenic, reduce the pollution of arsenic, Recycling copper, and prepared good dispersion, particle size less than 50μm copper powder.
