本文继前文[Ⅰ]、[Ⅱ]、[Ⅲ]之后,进一步提出对讨论金属的物性体系问题。金属的物性体系问题是金属理论中一个带根本性的重要问题,也是一个十分引人注目的问题。英国著名的理论物理学家Ziman曾经指出这是一个国际性的科研问题,可见问题的重要性和研究的广泛性。这主要在于:(一)近代科学、近代技术已纷纷向金属的物理性质提出越来越多的要求,为了满足金属和合金日益增长的物理要求,就必须从物理性质的角度,去重新认识金属,洞察金属,寻求导致金属物性变化的内在原因和根本规律,以便于改造金属,例如:指导金属和合金材料质量的提高,以及合理地提出新型合金的添加金属元素工作,等等。(二)自本世纪来,由于实验物理技术和观测设备的改善和提高,已有大量的金属物理性质实验数据,散见于数以万计的有关文献中,如何应用现有的科学成就,将这一大批金属物性数据概括在共同的领域,得到比较统一
