在梳理我国煤炭产业利用途径的基础上,选取山西、山东、辽宁3省,再现了各省煤炭产业流动过程,并运用物质流分析对资源流动进行了核算,最后从资源自给率、耗煤产业结构、环境影响等方面分析了煤炭流动的资源环境效应。结论有:①不同省区资源/产品自给率不同,随着由资源→初级产品→再加工产品的煤炭产业流动的逐步深入,各省煤炭资源/产品的自给率都不同程度地提高。②煤炭资源产业流动可以优化煤炭产业结构。辽宁资源/产品中间消费比重高于山东、山西,其煤炭产业结构较完善。③各省原煤入洗率低、资源回收率低、产品产率低使得煤炭产业流动的环境影响大,尤其是入洗率和回收率的提升潜力较大。
On the basis of combing the ways of utilization of coal industry in our country, this paper selected the provinces of Shanxi, Shandong and Liaoning to reproduce the flow of coal industry in each province, and used the material flow analysis to calculate the flow of resources. Finally, from the resource self-sufficiency rate, coal consumption industry structure , Environmental impact and other aspects of the resource-environment effects of coal flow. The conclusions are as follows: ①The self-sufficiency rates of resources and products in different provinces and autonomous regions are different. With the gradual deepening of the flow of coal industry from resources → primary products → re-processed products, the self-sufficiency rate of coal resources and products in all provinces increased to varying degrees. ② The flow of coal resources industry can optimize the coal industry structure. The proportion of Liaoning resource / product intermediate consumption is higher than that of Shandong and Shanxi, and its coal industry structure is more perfect. (3) Each province has a low rate of raw coal washing, a low resource recovery rate, and a low product yield, resulting in a large environmental impact on the flow of the coal industry. In particular, there is a great potential for increasing the rate of pre-washing and recovery.
