公平来自于大家的认同 在企业文化建设方面,创建企业风格、企业名牌,最主要的是培育职工的认同感。只有职工的认同,企业才会有凝聚力,竞争力才会增强。这首先要对公平的涵义有一个全面的理解。人们对公平的认识通常有三种说法。其一,平均分配是公平;其二,机会均等是公平;其三,收入分配合理差距是公平。第一种说法只能在特定的环境下才能成立。比如一个城市缺水时,向市民供应水都是同标准份额。第二种说法必须体现大家都站在同一起跑线上,但有它的局限。第三种说法难以确定合理差距。除以上三种说法之外,第四种应为:公平来自于认同。不论在什么情况下,大家看法一致、认同一致,就能体现公平。
