目的探讨磁共振扩散张量成像技术在儿童发育迟缓诊断中的使用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2015年2月收治的发育迟缓患儿32例作为实验组,另选32例发育正常儿童作为对照组。对所有入选儿童均行扩散张量成像及常规MRI检查,记录检查结果中MD及FA值。计量资料采用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验组额叶、颞叶、枕叶、视放射、半卵圆中心FA值分别为(0.246±0.061)、(0.357±0.048)、(0.217±0.046)、(0.372±0.049)、(0.387±0.048),对照组分别为(0.393±0.128)、(0.403±0.043)、(0.382±0.043)、(0.459±0.063)、(0.482±0.053),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组额叶、颞叶、枕叶、半卵圆中心MD值分别为(0.922±0.049)、(0.963±0.049)、(0.988±0.043)、(0.883±0.079),对照组分别为(0.827±0.068)、(0.892±0.053)、(0.882±0.041)、(0.792±0.063),两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论磁共振扩散张量技术在发育迟缓患儿脑白质损伤定量中应用诊断率较高,值得临床进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the value of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging in the diagnosis of children with stunting. Methods Thirty-two children with stunting from January 2014 to February 2015 were selected as the experimental group and another 32 normal children were selected as the control group. All selected children underwent diffusion tensor imaging and conventional MRI examination, record the results of the test MD and FA values. Measurement data using t test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The FA values in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe, visual radiology and semi oval center were (0.246 ± 0.061), (0.357 ± 0.048), (0.217 ± 0.046), (0.372 ± 0.049) and (0.483 ± 0.043) and (0.482 ± 0.053) respectively in the control group (0.393 ± 0.128), (0.403 ± 0.043), (0.382 ± 0.043) and (0.489 ± 0.063) respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P < 0.05). The MD values of frontal lobe, temporal lobe, occipital lobe and hemimorphose center were (0.922 ± 0.049), (0.963 ± 0.049), (0.988 ± 0.043) and (0.883 ± 0.079) in control group and (0.827 ± 0.068), (0.892 ± 0.053), (0.882 ± 0.041) and (0.792 ± 0.063), respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05). Conclusion Magnetic resonance diffusion tensor technique has a higher diagnostic rate in the quantitative determination of white matter damage in children with stunting, which is worth further promotion in clinic.
