在工业4.0背景下,智能装备、智能工厂、智能服务成为当代制造业和现代工业的核心。文章系统研究了无锡产业规划及工业4.0发展优势,存在的问题,制造业转型升级突破点,提出德国工业4.0对无锡产业发展和产业政策的若干启示,包括产业政策向创新政策转变,拓展新型工业化道路的内涵及调整中小企业政策思路等。
In the context of Industry 4.0, smart gear, smart factories, and smart services are central to today’s manufacturing and modern industries. This paper systematically studies the advantages and existing problems of industrial planning and industrial development in Wuxi and the breakthroughs in the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry. It proposes some enlightenments of German Industry 4.0 on Wuxi’s industrial development and industrial policies, including the change of industrial policies to innovation policies and the expansion of new industrialization The connotation of the road and the adjustment of SME policy ideas.
