当前,广大小学数学教师都在努力按照素质教育的要求改革自己的课堂教学。但在转变过程中,小学数学课堂教学却出现了三个突出问题。一、少数学生“灌”多数学生时至今日,绝大多数教师都已认识到“满堂灌”的危害,都在有意识地转变这种教学方法,但又出现了另一种现象;很多教师不直接去“灌”,而是通过少数学生去“灌”多数学生。当前有不少的小学数学课堂,其整堂课的教学内容几乎都以问题的形式出现,教学时教师频频发问,为数不多的优生就来“和”,表面上教学顺利、气氛热烈,
