目的:采用患者种植床自体松质骨复合β-磷酸三钙人工骨行上颌窦闭合式提升,同期植入种植体,评价其临床效果。方法:对上颌后牙缺失剩余牙槽骨高度在4~10mm患者行上颌窦闭合式挤压提升后,将自体骨和β-磷酸三钙人工骨按1∶1比例植入上颌窦底,同期植入ITI种植体,4~6个月后行上部结构修复。结果:16例患者共植入21颗种植体,平均提升上颌窦底高度为4.2mm(2~6mm);修复后追踪观察12~48个月,除l颗种植体植入后2周同侧上颌窦出现炎症,经抗感染治疗症状消失,6个月后行上部结构修复外,其余20颗种植体植入后无明显上颌窦并发症;所有种植体平均负载32个月,种植体稳定,未见明显骨吸收。结论:上颌窦闭合式提升自体骨复合人工骨移植同期植入种植体,成骨时间短,操作简便,能维持种植体的长期稳定,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical effect of implanting autologous cancellous bone β-tricalcium phosphate cement into the maxillary sinus of patients undergoing implant augmentation and simultaneous implantation of implants. Methods: The maxillary posterior teeth missing the remaining alveolar bone height in 4 ~ 10mm patients underwent maxillary sinus occlusive augmentation, the autologous bone and β-tricalcium phosphate cement into the maxillary sinus at a ratio of 1: 1, the same period Implanted ITI implants, 4 to 6 months after the implementation of the superstructure repair. Results: Twenty-one implants were implanted in 16 patients, with an average elevation of maxillary sinus floor of 4.2mm (2 ~ 6mm). Tracing was performed 12 to 48 months after repair. All implants were implanted on the same side The inflammation of the maxillary sinus disappeared after anti-infective treatment, and the suprastructures were repaired 6 months later. The other 20 implants had no complications of maxillary sinus implantation. The average load of all implants was 32 months, the implants were stable, No obvious bone resorption. CONCLUSION: The maxillary sinus closed autograft augmentation artificial bone graft with simultaneous implantation of implants has short osteogenic time, easy operation and long-term stability of implants, which is worth popularizing and applying.
