目的 :观察野菊花对家兔Ⅲ型变态反应模型制模前、后及制模过程中对SIL -2R、IL -6、TNF -α的影响。方法 :采用皮下注射正常马血清的方法 ,建立Ⅲ型变态反应模型。分别于制模后及制模过程中连续胃管灌药 ,并间断取血测定SIL -2R、IL -6、TNF -α。结果 :制模后给药组SIL -2R下降 (P<0 01) ,IL -6下降 (P<0 01) ,TNF -α下降 (P<0 01) ,边制模边给药组3种因子均下降 ,但较制模后给药组下降数值大 (P<0 01)。结论 :野菊花对SIL -2R、IL -6、TNF -α有抑制作用。在Ⅲ型变态反应形成过程中给药效果更佳
Objective : To observe the effects of wild Chrysanthemum on SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α before, after and during the modeling of rabbit type III allergy model. Methods : A type III allergy model was established by subcutaneous injection of normal horse serum. The gastric tube was continuously administered after the molding and in the molding process, and blood was measured intermittently to determine SIL-2R, IL-6, and TNF-α. Results: SIL-2R decreased (P<0 01), IL-6 decreased (P<0.01), TNF-α decreased (P<0 01) in the administration group after molding. The factors were all decreased, but the value decreased more than that of the post-mold administration group (P<0 01). Conclusion :Wild chrysanthemum has inhibitory effects on SIL-2R, IL-6 and TNF-α. Better administration during the formation of type III allergies
