本文对华北落叶松多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶进行研究。结果表明:根的多酚氧化酶活性最高,二年生枝中最低;电泳法和分光光度法测得多酚氧化酶活性的相关系数为099;体内多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性之间的相关系数为088;对苯二胺和邻苯二酚混合对多酚氧化酶活性染色效果较好;茎和根中分别有6,7条多酚氧化酶同工酶条带,10,11条过氧化物同工酶条带。
In this paper, Polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activities and isozymes of Larix principis-rupprechtii were studied. The results showed that the highest polyphenol oxidase activity was found in roots and the lowest in biennial branches. The correlation coefficient of polyphenol oxidase activity was 0.99 by electrophoresis and spectrophotometry. The activities of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase The correlation coefficient was 0.88; p-phenylenediamine and catechol mixed on the activity of polyphenol oxidase staining better; stems and roots were 6,7 polyphenol oxidase isozyme bands, 10, 11 peroxidase isozyme bands.
