对泡桐正常植株和丛枝病异常植株的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶进行比较分析。结果表明,丛枝病植株两种酶活性加强,并且多酚氧化酶有新的同工酶区产生,而过氧化物酶同工酶扫描曲线C区谱带活性降低,甚至消失。
The peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase of paulownia normal plants and abnormal shoots of paulownia were comparatively analyzed. The results showed that the activities of the two enzymes in the plants of BRT increased, and the production of polyphenol oxidase in the new isozyme zone, while the activity of the C zone in the isoenzyme scanning curve of peroxidase decreased or even disappeared.
