通过分析吐哈盆地胜北洼陷中下侏罗统砂岩储层岩石学特征、成岩演化阶段、孔隙结构类型、物性及主控因素,认为压实作用以及碳酸盐和粘土矿物的胶结作用是吐哈盆地胜北洼陷中下侏罗统储层物性变差的主要原因;而溶解作用是改善储层物性最主要的因素。根据前人研究成果,生油岩在干酪根成熟之前,会生成有机羧酸和酚,胜北洼陷煤系源岩以Ⅲ型干酪根为主,其砂地比接近50%,为次生孔隙发育提供了良好条件。通过古地温场特征研究寻找成熟生油岩分布区带,结合洼陷流体势分布特征,间接预测储层可能发育的次生孔隙带,指出下步勘探有利区。
