现行高职工作室制人才培养模式源自20世纪初的德国,在我国多所高职院校进行了多年探索尝试。这一模式关注实践教学、倡导产学结合,对我国高职教育教学模式改革具有一定借鉴意义。然而100年来时代变化翻天覆地,教育教学理论、职业教育理念也有巨大发展,因此在模仿借鉴时必须进行改造,而不能僵化地照搬。基于学习共同体的高职工作室制人才培养模式的设计汲取了现有模式的优点,运用了学习研究领域新的成果,顺应了新的时代要求,并经过实践检验证明是行之有效的。
The current vocational training mode of studio system originated from Germany in the early 20th century and has been explored for many years in many higher vocational colleges in our country. This model focuses on practical teaching and advocating the combination of production and learning, which is of some reference to the reform of the teaching mode of higher vocational education in our country. However, since the era of 100 years has undergone tremendous changes, there has also been a tremendous development in education and teaching theories and the concept of vocational education. Therefore, we must make changes while imitating and borrowing instead of rigidly copying them. Based on the learning community, the design of vocational training mode in vocational colleges has drawn the advantages of the existing mode, applied the new achievements in the field of study and research, conformed to the requirements of the new era, and proved to be effective after practice tests.
