中国继续教育,经过从无到有、从小到大几十年的实践历程,伴随着改革开放与国民经济发展的需要、在终身教育背景下迅速发展起来,形成了多形式、多层次、多规模的办学模式,为我国社会主义建设培养了大批急需、适用、实用人才,为国家发展做出了重要贡献。实践证明,继续教育的质量,直接影响企业竞争力、社会竞争力、国家竞争力。我国已从国家战略的高度重视其发展,但我国继续教育的现状与世界发达国家相比,还面临着差距与挑战。借鉴他国继续教育的有益经验,将有助于我国更好更快地发展继续教育。本文通过对我国继续教育发展的意义、现状及如何借鉴他国有益经验来分析我国继续教育未来发展趋势。

My country has attached great importance to its development from the perspective of its national strategy. However, compared with the developed countries in the world, the current situation of continuing education in our country still faces the gap and challenges. Learning from the useful experience of continuing education in other countries will help our country to develop continuing education better and faster. This article analyzes the future development of China’s continuing education through the significance and current situation of our country’s continuing education development as well as how to learn from the useful experience of other countries.
