The combination of femtosecond pulsed laser and streak camera with better than 2ps temporal resolution is used to measure the spectral characteristics and time characteristics of ultrafast fluorescence spectrum. The generation of fluorescence spectrum is analyzed and the time resolved fluorescence spectrum is measured. Time-resolved fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime of azo dye-doped films in organic optical disc storage recording materials.
