2006年9月18日,商务部令2006年第21号《纺织品出口管理办法》(暂行)正式发布,并自发布之日起施行。2006年度纺织品临时出口许可数量仍按《纺织品出口临时管理办法》(商务部令2005年第20号)执行。《纺织品出口临时管理办法》(商务部令2005年第20号)自2007年1月1日起废止。《纺织品出口管理办法》的主要内容如下。
On September 18, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce ordered the Provisional Administrative Measures for the Export of Textiles No. 21 of 2006 (Provisional) to be promulgated and came into force on the day of its promulgation. The number of temporary export licenses for textile products in 2006 is still subject to the Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Export of Textile Products (Order No. 2005 of the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC). Provisional Measures for the Administration of the Export of Textile Products (Order of the Ministry of Commerce, No. 20 of 2005) shall be repealed on January 1, 2007.
