巴西里约热内卢第23届ICOM全会(以下简称里约2013全会或全会)吸引了世界各地同仁就大会主题“博物馆(记忆+创新)=社会变革”共同探讨,深入交流。大会于2013年8月10日至17日召开,来自103个国家的近2000名博物馆专家参会,并就当今博物馆领域面临的突出问题进行了讨论。全会搭建了一个建设性平台,ICOM委员会、区域联会、附属机构及合作机构等56家机构在会议期间进行了卓有成效的会谈。今年首次有非协会会员出席大会,拓宽了会议范围。大会为期8天,日程包括几十场会议、四场主题演
The 23rd ICOM Plenary Meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (hereinafter referred to as the Rio 2013 Plenary Session) attracts colleagues from all over the world to discuss and exchange ideas on the theme of “Museum (Memory + Innovation) = Social Transformation”. The conference was held from August 10 to 17, 2013. Nearly 2,000 museum experts from 103 countries attended the conference and discussed outstanding issues facing the field of modern museums. The plenary set up a constructive platform during which 56 organizations, including the ICOM Committee, the Regional Association, affiliated institutions and cooperative agencies, conducted fruitful talks. For the first time this year, non-association members attended the meeting, broadening the scope of the meeting. The 8-day conference will include dozens of sessions and four thematic shows
