教师劳动投入是义务教育过程中的重要资源,其价格在我国地区间有明显差异。经分析发现,该差异主要由地区补偿性工资差异和地区劳动力市场分割程度两个因素决定。建立适合我国实际情况的模型,利用2005年的微观数据测算我国城镇地区间义务教育教师工资指数以度量该差异,发现指数的变异性很大,在研究涉及的30个地区,极差率达到2.19。为掌握教师劳动投入在地区间的真实配置状况,建议政府对地区间义务教育教师工资指数进行常规测算。
The labor input of teachers is an important resource in the process of compulsory education. The prices of teachers in our country are obviously different. The analysis found that the difference is mainly determined by the two factors of regional compensatory wage difference and regional labor market segmentation degree. To establish a model that is suitable for China’s actual conditions and measure the wage index of compulsory education teachers in urban areas of China by using the micro-data of 2005 to measure the difference, we found that the index has great variability.
