2月29日,山东省发布《山东省普通高校考试招生制度改革实施意见》,率先突破高考户籍限制,拟从2014年起,凡在山东省高中段有完整学习经历的非户籍考生均可在山东省就地报名参加高考,并与山东省考生享受同等的录取政策。3月5日,教育部部长袁贵仁表态,自去年1月起,教育部就在各地展开对异地高考的方案调研工作,现在到了最后一个时期。教育部很快就会出台一个总的文件,同时鼓励各地积极推进,出台自己的高考方案,方案公布时间会在10个月之内。
On February 29, Shandong Province released Opinions on Reforming the Examination Enrollment System for General Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province. It took the lead in breaking through the restrictions on entrance of college entrance exams. Starting from 2014, all non-resident candidates who have completed the study in the upper middle school in Shandong Province are eligible Shandong Province enrolled in the college entrance examination on the spot and enjoy the same admission policy with Shandong candidates.
