河蟹又名毛蟹,因原产于我国,两只大螯上有绒毛,故学名中华绒毛蟹。它以丰富的营养,独特的风味成为我国著名的水产品,并且随着市场需求的变化,河蟹在国内外市场需求量倍增,以高昂的价格畅销海内外。近年来池塘养蟹、河沟养蟹、水库养蟹、稻田养蟹以及大水面网围养蟹业的发展使我国的养蟹业进入一个前所未有的新阶段。针对南四湖之一的小北湖特殊的地理特性,我们通过多方面考察、学习和论证,对开展大水面河蟹养殖技术进行了大胆试验并获得较理想的效果,现将试验过程报告如下:
Crab, also known as hairy crab, native to China because of two chelates on the villi, so the scientific name of Chinese villi crab. With its rich nutrition and unique flavor, it has become a famous aquatic product in China. With the change of market demand, the demand for crab in the markets both at home and abroad has doubled and the products have been sold well at home and abroad with high price. In recent years, pond crabs, crabs ditch, reservoir crabs, paddy crabs and large surface area around the net crab industry so that China’s crab industry entered an unprecedented new stage. In view of the special geographical features of Xiaobeihu, one of the Nansi Lake, we conducted a bold experiment and achieved satisfactory results through many investigations, studies and demonstrations.
