硅灰具有良好的火山灰活性,能有效提高混凝土的综合性能,特别在提高混凝土抗压及抗折强度上,效果更为明显;但由于硅灰密度小,原灰密度只有水泥密度的十分之一,在生产使用过程中带来很大不便,经济效益不明显;通过本次试验发现,对硅灰进行半加密或全加密,不影响其发挥提高混凝土综合性能的作用。对硅灰进行半加密或全加密后给运输及生产使用上都带来了方便和经济效益,有利于推行硅灰在混凝土中的使用。
