Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) is an aggressive, high-risk cancer. In tumor staging, through the imaging analysis, a reasonable judge the scope of the tumor is one of the most important steps in the treatment of patients. Given the differences in the judgment of different doctors regarding the level of expertise and the severity of the disease and the often lack of complete coverage of relevant radiographic findings during radiological examinations, it is necessary to use standardized imaging report templates and to be accepted and endorsed by consensus Pancreatic solid tumor terms. Co-sponsored by the Abdomen Radiological Association and the American Society of Pancreas, a multi-agency panel of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA) specialists (including radiologists, gastroenterology and hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery specialists) co-sponsored a report describing standardized reporting templates Consensus statement. Using this standardized imaging report template will improve the decision-making process in patients with PDA and can optimize treatment options by providing a complete, relevant and accurate disease staging report. By properly and consistently staging phased-in patients with viable resections, standardized reporting templates can facilitate the design of clinical and research experiments to allow for the comparison of experimental results across different facilities.
