Urea kinetic parameters are useful indicators for evaluating the adequacy and nutritional status of dialysis patients for dialysis but are not widely used due to their computational complexity. To address this challenge, a new on-line monolithic equipped with urea-sensing technology and urea kinetic calculations has been devised to take samples directly from the dialysate of hemodialysis without having to take Blood samples. Through the meter
