省档案工作会议于一九八三年十二月二十四日至二十八日在兰州召开。参加会议的有各地、市、自治州委的秘书长、档案处(馆)长,部分县的档案局(馆)长,省级各部门、兰州铁路局、省军区和大型厂矿的办公室主任、科技处长。省委副书记刘冰同志出席会议并讲了话。会议传达和学习了全国档案工作会议精神,分析了我省档案工作的形势,交流了经验,讨论了如何按照党的十二大和省第六次党代表大会精神,努力开创我省档案工作新局面的问题,修订了《一九八四年至一九九○年全省档案工作发展规划》,并安排部署了一九八四年的工作。
Provincial Archives Working Meeting was held in Lanzhou from December 24 to August 28, 1983. Attending the meeting are the Secretary-Generals of all localities, municipalities and autonomous prefectures and commissions (archives), archives (museum) chiefs in some counties, provincial departments, Lanzhou Railway Bureau, provincial military region and large factories and mines, office director, science and technology Director. The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the National Archives Work Conference, analyzed the situation of archives work in our province, exchanged experiences and discussed how to create a new situation in our province’s archives work in accordance with the spirit of the 12th National Congress of the CPC and the Sixth Party Congress , Revised the “Plan for the Development of Archives in the Province from 1984 to 1990” and arranged for the deployment of the work in 1984.
