课例研究是以一节课的全程或片段作为案例进行解剖分析,找出其成功和不足之处,是对课堂教学实践活动中存在的教学问题的反思及寻找解决问题的方法和技巧的过程;是一种通过发现问题、分析问题、寻求解决问题的实践来发展教师的课堂教学能力为指向的教学研究。本文结合自身的教学实际,通过对课例研究的特点和基本操作过程的分析,阐述和明确了课例研究对提高教师教学技能水平的五点作用。
Case study is based on the whole course of a lesson or fragment as an example to find out its success and inadequacies. It is a reflection of the teaching problems existing in the practice of classroom teaching and the process of finding the solutions to the problems ; It is a kind of teaching research that points out that developing teachers’ classroom teaching ability by finding problems, analyzing problems and seeking solutions to problems. Based on its own teaching practice, through the analysis of the characteristics of the case study and the basic operation process, this paper elaborates and clarifies the five functions of the case study on improving teachers’ teaching skills.
