事件的关键属性是指其变化规律与突发事件的演化规律最为接近的属性,关键属性的确定是研究突发事件演化过程及预测突发事件发展方向的基础。为通过用定量化的分析方法实现寻找关键属性的目的,结合突发事件共性知识模型和欧式距离公式的定义思想,把事件演化过程和事件属性的变化过程量化描述;在此基础上,应用灰色关联分析,计算各属性与事件之间的关联度,与事件关联度最大者,即为此突发事件的关键属性。最后通过台风“尼格”的实例验证了此方法的合理性。
The key attribute of an event refers to the attribute whose rule of change is the closest to the evolution of emergencies. The determination of the key attributes is the basis for studying the evolution process of an emergency and predicting the direction of the emergency. In order to find the key attributes through the quantitative analysis method, the evolution process of events and the change process of event attributes are quantitatively described by combining the common knowledge model of emergency events and the definition of Euclidean distance formula. Finally, the method of typhoon “Niger ” is used to verify the rationality of this method.
