连续挤压技术作为现代工业中应用较多的一种塑性加工方法,其原理是集变形与加热于一体,连续在高温高压下进行工作。随着我国工业的高速发展,连续挤压机也经历了不断创新、优化设计的工艺变革,使我国从二十年前一度比较薄弱的装备与制造基础,逐渐发展成为该领域的佼佼者,我国在这一技术领域的研发与应用已经走在了世界的前沿。在连续挤压作业工艺中由于作业环境、以及机械动力的作用,对连续挤压机主轴部件的强度提出了更高的要求,本文重点针对应用铝材作业时连续挤压机的主轴强度进行挤压负荷、以及驱动力的计算方法对其进行强度计算与分析。
Continuous extrusion technology as a modern industry more plastic processing methods, the principle is to set deformation and heating in one, continuous work under high temperature and pressure. With the rapid development of the industry in our country, the continuous extruder has undergone continuous process of technological innovation and design optimization, making our country a relatively weak equipment and manufacturing base from 20 years ago and gradually becoming a leader in this field. Our country R & D and application in this field of technology have been at the forefront of the world. In the continuous extrusion process due to the operating environment, as well as the role of mechanical power, the strength of the continuous extrusion machine spindle parts put forward higher requirements, this paper focuses on the use of aluminum extrusion operations for the main axis of the extruder strength squeeze Pressure load, as well as the driving force calculation method of its strength calculation and analysis.
