据相关研究显示,工作性质的特殊性导致警察心理健康状况堪忧。近年来,公安民警在努力打击犯罪、维护社会治安的同时出现了工作积极性不高、职业归属感不强、身份认同感较弱等很多负面心态,严重影响了公安机关的执法水平和办案质量。针对上述问题,我们对X市警察进行了一次大规模的心理健康调查,综合运用心理测量法(采用世界著名的SCL-90量表和SAS焦虑量表对X市2720名民警的心理健康状况
According to the relevant research, the particularity of the nature of the work has caused the policemen’s mental health status to be worrisome. In recent years, the public security police have taken a lot of efforts to crack down on crimes and maintain public order. At the same time, many negative attitudes such as lack of enthusiasm for work, lack of professional belonging and strong sense of identity have seriously affected the level of public security organs’ enforcement and handling of cases. In response to the above problems, we carried out a large-scale psychological health survey conducted by police in City X and comprehensively used the psychometric methods (using the world-famous SCL-90 scale and SAS anxiety scale to analyze the mental health status of 2720 policemen in X City
