教学智慧,属于教师在教学过程中表现出来的一种高层次的精神活动。它没有固定的外显形式,常常是“灵光一闪”,自然天成,似乎不可捉摸,但如果我们对它进行分析就能发现,它必定有先进教学思想的观照,必定是符合教学本质和规律的,必定代表着教学能力的高端境界,并且是教学能力的艺术化表现,最重要的是,它是深受学生欢迎并且能启迪学生智慧的。什么是教师的教学智慧?我们无法也没有必要给它下一个定义,但我们可以分辨什么样的教学是智慧的教学。下面呈现的教例,哪些表现出了教学智慧,什么地方表现出了教学智慧,相信老师们自有感悟。
Teaching wisdom belongs to a kind of high-level spiritual activity that teachers show in the teaching process. It does not have a fixed form of explicitness. It is often a “light flash,” and it seems natural and unpredictable. However, if we analyze it, we can see that it must have a good understanding of advanced teaching ideas. It must be consistent with the nature and laws of teaching. Yes, it must represent the high-end realm of teaching ability, and it is an artistic expression of teaching ability. The most important thing is that it is welcomed by students and can enlighten students’ wisdom. What is the teaching wisdom of teachers? We cannot and do not need to give it a definition, but we can tell what kind of teaching is wisdom teaching. The teaching examples presented below show which teaching wisdom and teaching wisdom are displayed in some places. I believe teachers have their own understanding.
