日前,上海贝尔一举中标浙江省电信1000号客户服务系统。该系统的建设将涉及浙江全省范围内杭州、宁波、温州、湖州、金华、台州、衢州、舟山、丽水、嘉兴、绍兴11个地市。项目完成后,将全面提高浙江电信服务质量和服务水平、提高市话效益,从而创造浙江电信全新的服务形象。 浙江电信1000号客户服务系统将在全省范围内采用世界顶尖Alcatel Genesys CTI中间件产品,集多种接入方式为一身。上海贝尔作为中标接入部分的集成商,在设计组网方案时充分考虑了呼叫中心未来的发展方向,将为该套系统提供排队机集成、Genesys CTI软件集成以及呼叫中心核心网络构建等。
Recently, Shanghai Bell won the Zhejiang Telecom 1000 Customer Service System. The construction of the system will involve 11 prefectures and cities of Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Huzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, Quzhou, Zhoushan, Lishui, Jiaxing and Shaoxing in Zhejiang province. After completion of the project, it will comprehensively improve the service quality and service level of Zhejiang Telecom and improve the efficiency of local calls so as to create a brand new service image of Zhejiang Telecom. Zhejiang Telecom 1000 Customer Service System will use the world’s top Alcatel Genesys CTI middleware products across the province, bringing together a variety of access methods. As the integrator of the successful access part, Shanghai Bell fully considered the future development of call center when designing networking solutions, and provided the integration of queuing machine, Genesys CTI software integration and call center core network construction for the system.
