对于建筑工程实体施工,建筑工程施工测量其展开的必要前提和基础,对于施工质量控制也是一个很关键的工作,在建筑工程施工之前一定要提前把设计图纸上的建筑物测设到施工现场,为了保证建筑工程的质量,施工中还要用到很多的测量仪器;在工程竣工以后为了给后续的扩建和维修提供依据,也必须要对其进行竣工测量。从建设工程动工到最后竣工,测量工作都是伴随始终的,同时也直接对建设工程的质量和进度构成影响。笔者从多年的经验出发,谈谈建筑工程施工测量的质量控制。
