前言高温热水锅炉作为热源设备已有一百五十多年的历史了。其工作原理与蒸汽锅炉一样,可分为自然循环和强制循环两种。工业发达国家早期多用前者,采用锅炉锅筒带蒸汽容积的运行方式;在高温水系统中是以锅炉锅铜的蒸汽容积进行定压的。这种锅炉多为蒸汽锅炉改装而成。随着对锅炉容量的要求不断增大,要达到系统定压目的,受到锅筒尺寸的限制,因而这种自然循环高温热水锅炉的容量一般不宜超过10×10~6大卡/时。后来发展了大型强制循环热水锅炉。近年来,在高温水技术方面处于领先地位的苏联,又在直流式强制循环锅炉的基础上,制造了无锅筒带自然循环回路的汽水联产锅炉。这种锅炉不仅可以减少备用锅炉台数,还能节约锅炉房建筑费用。
Preface High-temperature hot water boiler as a heat source equipment for more than 150 years of history. Its working principle and steam boiler, can be divided into two kinds of natural circulation and forced circulation. In the advanced industrialized countries, the former uses the former boiler drum with steam volume operation mode; in the high temperature water system, the boiler drum copper steam volume is used for constant pressure. This boiler is mostly converted from a steam boiler. With the increasing demand for the boiler capacity, to achieve the purpose of constant pressure system, subject to restrictions on the size of the drum, so the natural circulation of high-temperature hot water boiler capacity generally should not exceed 10 × 10 ~ 6 kcal / hour. Later developed a large forced circulation hot water boiler. In recent years, the Soviet Union, which is leading in the field of high-temperature water technology, has built a steam-water cogeneration boiler with a natural circulation loop without a drum on the basis of a direct-flow forced circulation boiler. This boiler can not only reduce the number of spare boilers, but also save the boiler room construction costs.
