本文从电子论的观点研究了金属的电阻应变灵敏系数。金属的电阻随弹性应力而变化的现象与金属电传导的机构相关联。弹性应变所产生的电阻变化主要依赖于晶格振动散射,各种金属电阻应变灵敏系数的差异取决于格伦爱森常数和结晶类型。合金电阻应变灵敏系数与电阻温度系数具有对应关系。它随成份,热处理温度,冷加工等因素的变化,与电阻温度系数一样,有类似的规律性。
In this paper, we study the resistivity and strain sensitivity of metal from the viewpoint of electron theory. The phenomenon that a metal’s resistance changes with elastic stress is associated with a metal-conductive mechanism. The change of resistance caused by elastic strain mainly depends on the lattice vibration scattering. The difference between the sensitivity coefficients of various metal strain strains depends on the Glenn’s constant and crystal type. Alloy resistance strain and temperature coefficient of resistance coefficient has a corresponding relationship. It changes with the ingredients, heat treatment temperature, cold working and other factors, and the same as the temperature coefficient of resistance, has a similar regularity.
