测量了含Te40%~70%(at.)的液态Bi-Te合金在700~850℃和含Se40%~65%(at.)的液态Bi-Se合金在700~900℃的电阻率.得到在所述成分范围内,液态Bi-Te合金保持金属导电性;而对于液态Bi-Se合金,当成分接近Bi2Se3配比时,发生金属-非金属转变.从原子间键合方式和能态特征,解释了液态Bi-Se合金发生金属-非金属转变,而液态Bi-Te合金保持金属性的原因.
The resistivity of the liquid Bi-Te alloy containing Te40% ~ 70% (at.) At 700 ~ 900 ℃ and the Bi-Se alloy containing 40% ~ 65% (at. In the composition range, the liquid Bi-Te alloy retains the metal conductivity, whereas for the liquid Bi-Se alloy, the metal-nonmetal transition occurs when the composition approaches the Bi2Se3 ratio. The reason of the metal-nonmetal transition in the liquid Bi-Se alloy and the retention of the metal properties of the liquid Bi-Te alloy are explained from the bonding mode and energy state characteristics of the atoms.
