研究两种 PtW 合金的物理—机械性能以及热处理和冷加工对性能的影响。合金经稳定化处理后获得高的电阻率和低的电阻温度系数,在高温下抗氧化良好,性能稳定。在室温当面缩率大于98%时可以得到很高的电阻应变灵敏系数和抗拉强度。两种合金都是单相固溶体,但是与一般的固溶体不同,在高温长时间加热或缓慢冷却时电阻率增大,冷加工时则又减小。硬态试样在不同温度退火时发现电阻率在850℃最大。这种反常现象是由于 K 状态形成“不均匀固溶体”所致,其中的原子分布是短程有序的。
The physical-mechanical properties of the two PtW alloys as well as the effect of heat treatment and cold working on their properties were investigated. After stabilization of the alloy obtained high resistivity and low temperature coefficient of resistance, good oxidation resistance at high temperatures, stable performance. At room temperature in-plane shrinkage greater than 98% can get high resistance strain sensitivity and tensile strength. Both alloys are single-phase solid solution, but with the general solid solution is different from the high temperature for a long time heating or slow cooling increases the resistivity, cold work and then reduced. Hard samples annealed at different temperatures and found that the resistivity at 850 ℃ maximum. This anomaly is due to the formation of K state “inhomogeneous solid solution” due to the atomic distribution of which is short-range orderly.
