小学生的机体正处在快速生长发育的时期,各器官系统的机能尚未成熟,致使处于低龄阶段的小学生,不适合过多地进行无氧素质训练,但却是锻炼、储备有氧素质的黄金时期。体育教学游戏化符合小学生的生理特点,在适合他们身体发育需求的各种游戏活动中,身体机能得到了充分的发挥,心理需求也得到了充分的满足。教学游戏化很明显地提高了实验班学生体质健康标准的水平。
The primary school pupils are in a period of rapid growth and development, and the functions of various organ systems are not yet mature. As a result, primary school pupils in their younger age are not suitable for anaerobic diathesis training too much, but they are still exercising and storing the golden age of aerobic diathesis . The teaching of physical education is in line with the physiological characteristics of pupils. Teaching gamification significantly improved the standard of physical fitness of students in experimental class.
