实现葡萄的早期优质丰产,必须选择适当的品种,优良的砧木及适宜的砧穗组合,采用综合配套的管理技术,在适宜的地区建园,为早期优质丰产创造条件。我院自主研发的葡萄优良品种有早香蜜和早茉莉。这两个品种的优点都是抗寒抗病能力强,易管理,早期丰产性好,优质早熟无核,都是通过玫瑰香和野生葡萄杂交而成。早期丰产期,是指葡萄处在生长期到结果期的过渡时期。在此期内,进行有目标的管理,以达到高产的目的。根据葡萄的生长发育规律,此期可划分三个阶段,不同阶段的栽培技术重点有所不同。
