远红外线加热效率高,升温速度快,结构简单,使用安全。六十年代国外开始应用远红外线加热技术。我国于1974年引进远红外线加热干燥工艺并迅速得到推广;但远红外线加热技术在热处理的应用仍不多。本文根据远红外线加热原理,对远红外线低温回火工艺进行反复试验,得到远红外线低温回火温度与回火前后硬度值的关系公式:HRc_(回火)=(19HRc_(淬火)/(T_(回火)~(1/2))。根据公式计算值与实测值的误差低于 HRc1.5。文中还研究远红外线低温回火的金相组织以及探讨远红外线低温回火的一些特点。

In 1974, our country introduced the far-infrared heating and drying process and quickly got the promotion. However, far-infrared heating technology is still not widely used in heat treatment. According to the far-infrared heating principle, the far-infrared low-temperature tempering process is tested repeatedly, and the relationship between the far-infrared tempering temperature and the hardness before and after tempering is obtained: HRc_ (tempering) = (19HRc_ (quenching) / (T_ Tempering) ~ (1/2)) .According to the formula, the error between the calculated value and the measured value is lower than HRc1.5.The article also studies the microstructure of the far-infrared tempering at low temperature and some characteristics of tempering at far-infrared temperature.
