在工程机械制造和维修中,尤其是底盘部分有大量的铜套装配,铜套内径的收缩量直接影响装配的质量。铜套装配后,需按技术要求进行检查,必要时还需用铰铣、刮研等方法进行精加工,以保证铜套内孔与轴、销之间所要求的配合精度。在维修实践中,常采用内孔预留收缩量的办法简化装配后的加工工作。本文通过在屈服条件下过盈量δ_(th)的确定,对铜套装配过程中的变形机理进行了详细分析,并以此为根据对铜套装配后的收缩量作出规定。为方便机械大、中修时铜套的更换,还提出一个统计经验公式,供参考使用。
In construction machinery manufacturing and maintenance, especially the chassis part has a large number of copper sleeve assembly, the shrinkage of copper sleeve diameter directly affects the quality of the assembly. After the copper sleeve is assembled, the inspection shall be carried out according to the technical requirements and, if necessary, finishing by means of reaming, scraping and other methods is also required to ensure the required precision of fit between the bores and the shafts of the copper sleeve. In the maintenance practice, often used to reserve the amount of shrinkage in the hole to simplify assembly after the processing work. In this paper, the deformation mechanism of the copper sleeve assembly is analyzed in detail by the determination of the interference δ_ (th) under the yield condition, and the shrinkage of the copper sleeve after the assembly is determined. In order to facilitate the replacement of the copper sleeves in the mechanical large and middle repair, a statistical empirical formula is also proposed for reference.
