In underground construction such as digging tunnels and underground mining, the original state of stress balance in the rock mass is destroyed and stress is redistributed. For safety, it is necessary to study the structural characteristics of the rock mass and the changing laws of stress. Rock mass ultrasonic testing technology is a new detection technology developed in recent years. During the process of ultrasonic wave propagation in rock masses, the changes in wave speed, waveform and frequency spectrum are all related to rock mass structure and stress.
